Dream Team vs. NECA

This Sunday the Dream Team faced chess powerhouse NECA. NECA brought a very large team and a total of 37 players participated in the match. Although, team NECA had more players than our Dream Team, our team had the higher average ratings. Despite our rating advantage and the deceptively lopsided 24.5 – 5.5 final score, many of the games were very hard fought. Some of the games even lasted for nearly the full hour allotted! Despite the firm resistance, the Dream Team continued on its winning streak and with only one more match left to go, are looking to secure a perfect season! We look forward to a rematch against team NECA next year in what will surely be an even more challenging and exciting match.
