Dream Team vs. DJA Reality Checks

What a way to end the season! The Reality Checks once again returned to face the Dream Team in an exciting match to end our season. Both teams fielded large teams with many talented players on both sides of the table. The first round was a narrow, nail-biting victory for the Dream Team. The second round was also very close, but again in favor of the Dream Team. The final score was 20.5 – 17.5.
Despite the hard fought and at times intense matches, all of the players enjoyed yet another super fun tournament at CCFC. As always we admire the sportsmanship and professionalism demonstrated by even the youngest competitors. The camaraderie could be seen between games when opponents would rush off together to go over and discuss their games, and after the event was over when all of the players mingled to play blitz and bughouse. Congratulations to both teams for such an incredible effort!
