Join our coaches and fellow students as we prepare together as a group for one of the biggest chess events of the year!  As a young player, preparing with a group to compete at such an event is an extremely rewarding experience.  Our coaches will guide you through the process and help with individual preparations.  Players of all levels can participate at the nationals, however, we recommend speaking with one of our instructors prior to registering to confirm that this experience is right for you.

Trip Includes:

1. Personalized coaching and game review before and after each round (Friday - Sunday)

2. Private team room. Available only to the players and families traveling with CCFC.

3. Limited space. Registration is available on a first-come, first served basis. Register as soon as possible as our team room sells out.

Fee: $400 by November 1st. $450 for non-members. ($450/$500 after November 1st if space remains)

About the instructors:
National Master Ian Harris will lead our delegation. NM Harris is three time Connecticut State Champion with a peak rating of 2364. He has extensive experience as a chess coach, including seven previous trips to coach at the national. National Masters Andrew Ryba and Ryan Young will also provide coaching.
