Join our coaches and fellow students as we prepare together as a group for one of the biggest chess events of the year!  As a young player, preparing with a group to compete at such an event is an extremely rewarding experience.  Our coaches will guide you through the process and help with individual preparations.  Players of all levels can participate at the nationals, however if you are unsure, we recommend speaking with one of our instructors prior to registering to confirm that this experience is right for you.

Trip Includes:

1. Personalized coaching and game review before and after each round (Friday- Sunday)

2. Private team room near the tournament playing hall. Available only to the players and families traveling with CCFC.

3. Limited space. Registration is available on a first-come, first served basis. Register as soon as possible as our team room sells out.

Fee: $400 by April 13th. $450 for non-members. ($450/$500 after April 13th if space remains)

About the instructor:
The instructor for our nationals trip will be National Master Ian Harris. NM Harris is the three time Connecticut State Champion with a peak rating of 2364. He has extensive experience as a chess coach, including five previous trips to coach at the nationals.
